I got this off of Craigslist about a year ago on a whim. I threw a K&K pure mini pickup in it. It has a slight belly on the top, but still plenty of life in it. This would be great to learn on or, as I've been using it, something to have always on a stand in the garage, etc...
I just don't need it. I have enough guitars. It sounds great both unplugged and plugged in.
I originally put a JLD Bridge Doctor inside and it flattened out the top perfectly. Then, without thinking, when I installed the pickup, I put the jack at the bottom. If you're handy, glue a woodblock inside there and install a bridge doctor. Then move the jack over. You'll have a solid guitar for a long time.
Or just play it like it is like I've been. Great cheap guitar. Get for less than the cost of the pickup alone.
