Guyatone SV2 volume swell pedal. This is a clone of the legendary Boss SG-1 Slow Gear.

I had this pedal rehoused. Works perfectly.

The controls are for 1) SPEED and 2) THRESHOLD. Very easy to get volume swell effects, faux pedal steel sounds, violin/cello sounds.
