Host your own "Bully Beatdown" by learning how to fight, American style. The sport of boxing can teach you how to better absorb if not avoid typical sucker-punches, not to mention teach counter-punching that can overwhelm aggressors into retreat or unconsciousness. In real life altercations, grappling & submission skill alone is not usually enough to end an altercation quickly, or let you escape without getting stomped on & blindsided when outnumbered. Boxing can teach you how to throw devastating combinations with your hands, the effects of which will often dissuade enemies' allies from jumping in, allowing you to end altercations quickly. Beyond learning the fundamentals of boxing, optional sparring sessions can get you accustomed to learning how to deal with receiving light-to-full-contact hits that get through your guard so you don't panic & lose composure if and when it happens in real life.
