Studio or one bedroom wanted, Max rent 1600 (Arlington)

Hello my name is Matt, I’ve been living in a studio for over 5 years. But unfortunately my rent is going up soon.
Ultimately, I’m looking for a change of scenery and a better value for where I live. My max budget is $1600 a month. And.. I would only be going toward the max of that if I’m offered or find a one bedroom or studio apartment.
I have excellent credit, I have no pets, and have all necessary funds to move. I’m a very clean and organized and I keep to myself.
I’m either looking for a shared living situation with no more than two roommates or ideally a studio or 1 bedroom apartment. I’m just trying to find my next long-term residence. But I’m also looking for the best value, with the most chance for stability and no rent increases
I work around Newton Massachusetts and I’m trying to find somewhere within an hour there
