Reason for selling, I am downsizing my audio collection. These are the original 4408 studio monitors, not the later 4408A. Recent new (8") woofer foam surrounds and (1" titanium ) tweeters internal dampening material replaced. All film capacitors and all crossover components measured and checked out perfect. They sound very nice! These were originally hung in a studio on wall brackets. The brackets were removed from the rear and the screw holes filled in with glued hardwood dowels (see pictures). Cabinet dems. are 17 1/4" TALL X 12" WIDE X 11" FRONT TO REAR. Sale is for speakers only, no stands. They will be set up for audition. Cash and carry only. Sale is final with no returns.
