Job Description and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring that compliance operations activities are performed in accordance with customer and Company standards and specification

Primary Responsibilities:

Read and interpret construction drawings and radio frequency data sheets to create scopes of work

Determine the radio frequency exposure safety needs, order radio frequency simulation reports, and submit to the customer

Ensure proper installation of radio frequency safety remediation signage and barriers

Create radio frequency safety audit packages

Review tape drops to ensure that they comply with the pre-construction approval

Submit post-construction notifications

Conduct final quality control checks of all final compliance deliverables

Complete remediation requirements on job sites per customer directives

Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum of four years of relevant wireless experience and general understanding of wireless networks

Technical Skills:
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency

Acrobat Pro

Working knowledge of standards and regulations in tower industry

Experience with Zoho preferred

Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing

Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Company requirements

May be required to work long and unpredictable hours

Must be willing to travel out of market/state as needed

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions up to 70% of the time

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer up to 30% of the time
