JOB SUMMARY
The main position we will be filling immediately is for our Benefit Representative position specifically for those looking to get involved with our Management Training Program. This career path will teach our newest team members how to properly interact and engage with the niche clientele we service while preparing those individuals for roles within the organization involving training new staff members, hiring office personnel, leading a team, building a strong office culture, and having the tough conversations most managers or supervisors tend to shy away from properly.
We will also be looking to fill a few roles for our office administration and human resource positions.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is seeking a candidate that is outgoing, personable & comfortable working individually with a focus on reaching sales quotas, achieving customer satisfaction, and ensuring professional development. Our client will handle all training for the Customer Service Support Specialist hands on. We are looking to teach, train, and develop a manager from the ground up.

- Inbound/outbound calls.
- Scheduling new appointments.
- Client Service Reviews.
- Data entry.
- Servicing requested benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Drivers License
- Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Have excellent skills with communication and customer relations.
- Have strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Be service oriented/ people person/ call center experience preferred.
- Be have basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office.
- Flexible and adaptable to change with excellent time management
