Complete deck of 1929 Congress playing cards in Limoges porcelain card box. Cards are the deluxe line No. 606, back design of a beautiful bird and flowers. Excellent condition. Cards and box owned by my family since original dates noted in this post. Box is handpainted with a scene from Bavaria, decorated with gold painted accents, date 1896 on bottom of box. Hole in bottom of box enables easy removal of the entire deck without having to bend one end of the deck. Cards issued in 1929- date verified by Kevan Seaney "The Congress Guy", the expert on Congress playing cards. Cash only. In person delivery available in greater Boston area.
