Large, rather noisy unit gets very cold; this is a 10,000BTU unit that's good for a larger space.
The keypad on this thing has become temperamental and does not like to respond to commands any more. We leave it set to 68 degrees, and turn it on and off using the circuit breaker built in to the power cord. If one is patient and determined enough, it is usually possible to get the keypad to do something if enough persistence and profanity is employed. I believe the inconvenience this causes is reflected in my asking price. It might also respond to a remote control, particularly the one it came with which is unfortunately long gone, so you'll have to supply your own there.

Winter is upon us, be prepared with this air conditioner!
