Our office is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of loan workouts. You will administer, draft, and negotiate contracts and transactions. A minimum of 1-2 years of legal and business experience is required (contracts, lending, foreclosure, real estate, creditor rights, litigation, banking, finance, etc.).
Job duties include, but are not limited to, responding to emails, phone updates on cases, compiling data and drafting reports, skip tracing, court attendance, internet searching, executing affidavits, and closing loan workouts. You will also provide administrative support to Senior Management.
Proficiency in the following programs is a must: Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; and Microsoft Outlook.
