Fidelity House Human Services is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting people with developmental disabilities and their families. We are proud to offer 20 community residences throughout Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Georgetown and Andover along with specialized services across 68 cities and towns in Northeastern Massachusetts. SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION: MON-FRI 9A-5P (40 HOURS PER WEEK)
Work with DDS billing personnel to keep contract rosters up to date in EIM system
Collect and review program service delivery reports before billing
Prepare monthly contract billing primarily for Medicaid and also for DDS, MRC, PPL, etc.
Reconcile Ready Payments with monthly contract billing
Process contract cash receipts for FID with Vendor Web system
Process applications to qualify clients for food stamp benefits
Complete client applications to re-apply for food stamps
Reconcile food stamps revenue to the general ledger
Process monthly allotments
Maintain various analytical contract revenue and utilization spreadsheets
Research service delivery activity for program managers
Support CFO and Senior Managers with various contract billing reports and analysis
Assist in preparation of audit contract revenue work papers
Pull contract billing backup documentation for auditor selections
Assist in auditing household books for client residences
Cross train and backup AR Bookkeeper
Cross train for individual audit
Associate's degree in accounting or Equivalent Experience
2-3 years of Medicaid billing and other Human Service billings for non-profit organizations
Strong computer literacy and highly advanced Excel skills
