Fidelity House Human Services is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting people with developmental disabilities and their families. We are proud to offer 20 community residences throughout Lawrence, Methuen, Haverhill, Georgetown and Andover along with specialized services across 68 cities and towns in Northeastern Massachusetts. SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION: MON-FRI 9A-5P (40 HOURS PER WEEK)
SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION: Monday-Friday, 9A-5P (40 Hours Per Week)
Prepare monthly rent invoices
Prepare annual rent agreements and adjust as needed
Process all cash receipts via "remote capture" deposits for both FID and HUD entities
Reconcile and import monthly fixed asset and depreciation entry
Set up new assets
Track and post disposals
Handle all aspects of CIP
HOUSE & REP PAYEE ACCOUNTS
Reconcile and audit RES house account petty cash reimbursements
Reconcile and audit ISS Rep Payee accounts
Prep files on assets, depreciation and disposals for auditors
Pull miscellaneous AR backup documentation for auditor selections
Assist in preparation of audit work papers in all areas as needed
Process applications to qualify for food stamp benefits
Fill out applications to re-apply for food stamps
Reconciling food stamp revenue to the general ledger
Processing Monthly allotments
Cross train and assist in backup of contract billing
Cross train and assist in back up of Accounts Payable
Cross train and assist in back up of Residential individual audits
Bachelor's degrees in Accounting or equivalent experience
1-3 years of applicable experience
Proficient in Excel
