Established family owned property management company. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant with a great attention to detail. We have a great staff and offer an enjoyable work environment. Duties and qualifications below:
• MANAGE A/R AND A/P
• CHECK DISBURSEMENTS
• RECONCILE BANK AND CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS
• COORDINATE PAYROLL WITH THIRD PARTY PAYROLL PROCESSOR
• GENERATE TIMELY FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
• PREPARE BUDGETS
• COMPILE AND REVIEW ALL NECESSARY FINANCIAL DATA FOR CPA - ANNUAL TAX RETURN
• 3+ Years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Able to perform duties independently.
• Strong working Knowledge of Quickbooks.
