This thing worked great for years, and then stopped working suddenly. I haven’t investigated what happened, but the abruptness of the failure leads me to think that maybe a electrical connection failed or there is a fuse in there that died rather than it being an issue with the motor. Perhaps you enjoy pulling things apart and figuring out the problem, and if so, you may just have a nice little pencil sharpener on your hands.
