Not sure of number of lights on top set, but I think the bottom set is on its original spool and it indicates 200. The top set has different lighting modes. There are also 2 boxes (50 lights each) of larger bulbs which also have optional lighting modes....never used.
I will leave these in a white plastic bag in front of my garage door at 11 Daniel Ct. in Salisbury. I'm sorry I can't leave at end of driveway, but I do not walk well. I will remove post once taken.
