We're a busy general contracting company managing 4–7 active residential remodel projects at any given time. We need a skilled, self-driven carpenter who can jump in, get to work, and deliver quality results — day in and day out.
THE POSITION
What You'll Be Doing
Light framing — walls, partitions, and structural rough carpentry
Interior trim work — baseboards, casings, crown molding, and detail finish work
Door and window installation — including fitting, shimming, and hardware
Siding installation on residential exteriors
Cabinet installation — kitchen, bath, and built-in cabinetry
Stair and handrail installation — treads, risers, balusters, and railings
Reading and working from blueprints, plans, and job-site instructions
Coordinating on-site with the GC, subcontractors, and other tradespeople
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
REQUIREMENTS
What We're Looking For
Proven carpentry experience — this is
not an entry-level position
Hands-on experience with framing, trim, doors, windows, siding, cabinetry, stairs, and finish work
Must own and bring your own full set of carpentry tools
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required
Ability to work independently and manage your time on the job
Comfortable working as part of a team alongside other trades
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professional communication
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various site conditions
Plus:
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other) are strongly encouraged to apply
