A Family owned and operated pool construction company located in Essex County Massachusetts seeking general and skilled laborers to join our team. In this position you will be taking part in all steps of inground, gunite swimming pool construction. Including but not limited to, layout and design, heavy equipment operation, tile and stonework, plumbing, pool equipment installation, flatwork and gunite installation. Roles and Responsibilities
• Excavate, frame and shape swimming pools.
• Bend, cut and install steel reinforcement.
• Install plumbing and swimming pool equipment.
• Cut, dress, shape and install stones and tiles.
• Install paver or concrete decks.
• Open, close and service swimming pools.
• Keep an organized and clean workspace.
• Manage an efficient team and execute daily tasks put forth.
Preferred skills
• Certifications that pertain to this line of work. CDL, Hydraulics, CPO, AFO.
• Knowledge and experience in the tasks listed above.
Qualifications and educational Requirements
• Capable of standing and executing labor intensive tasks for the entire work week.
• Must be able to perform all labor-based tasks within construction.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
• Capable of working 40+ hours a week.
• Ability to travel to and from work in a timely manner.
• A desire to learn and grow in the pool construction industry.
• A solution-based mindset.
• Capable of managing interpersonal relationships and managing a team
• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• Divers license.
