Three Switch Modes:
1.Press the appropriate port selection switch on the front panel.
2. Switching by keyboard hotkeys.
a. Double-click the Scroll Lock (or Num Lock), cycle switch in order.
b. Ctrl + Alt + port number, any port switching (This function to install the software).
3.Switching by the mouse for any port or auto scan cycle switch. The Intervals is 10-60 seconds, can be set arbitrarily. (This function to install the software).
It is in near-new condition. Anyway, I just tested it with four computers and using all available HDMI and USB ports, and it works flawlessly. So, no checking it out and returning business. It works.
