GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Nexxess Business Advisors is currently seeking 3-5 lead generators in the Northeast region to join our Trust Sales Team. The focus of this position is to generate revenue by marketing and selling Specialized Trusts and other advanced financial strategies to high-networth business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors. In addition to building your industry expertise, we offer commissions paid weekly, training and development, flexible work schedules, and a competitive compensation plan with no cap on income.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION ONLY 1099 SALES POSITION.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong business development skills as well as an overall understanding of banking, investments, corporate structuring, taxes, and financial services
- Solid knowledge of business financials, tax strategies, and CRM management
- Proficient in business negotiation and developing solutions, strong networking skills, and participation in high networth events throughout the area
- Reliable and trustworthy with a high regard for confidentiality
- Self-directed and motivated to accomplish tasks, meet objectives, and committed timelines


REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be comfortable being paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor without a base salary
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Driver’s License
- Must be available for Tuesday/Wednesday Training at 3pm CST (4pm EST)
- Three to five years in a sales position and/or similar role preferred
- Background in real estate, mortgages, and/or accounting is preferred
- Must have access to a dedicated business phone line, computer/laptop, and internet access
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Canva, and scheduling software such as Calendly
- Familiar with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Workspace, and teleconference software such as Zoom, Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Familiar with Bookkeeping and Accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Familiar with GoHighLevel software is a plus
- New business development through cold-calling, online social media marketing, in-person prospecting, networking, etc.
