I am renting 2 rooms and a half bath on the 3rd floor of my 2 floor apartment . It is for one person only includes internet and electricity. Private entrance to 3rd floor. Room sizes 14 x 11 and 13 x 8 small half bath with sink and toilet . There is a bed frame a few pieces of furniture and TV in room all can be removed . You would have access to the kitchen and full bath on 2nd floor and washer dryer. Absolutely no smoking cigarettes or weed I am highly allergic. Plenty of street parking bus is across the street. One block to beach one block to dog park. I have a 75 lb German Sheppard that is very mellow. There is a backyard also. One year lease with first and last months rent to move in.
