The house is located in a terrific and quiet neighborhood. Landlords live downstairs on the 1st floor. Roommate group here are all working professional adults, working in the medical and education fields. All of our jobs have us maintaining wakeup hours that kick-start the energy of a lively and busy house, sometime around 5:30 AM. And so, we prefer someone whose primary work and life style can lineup with a similar schedule/routine as us, (early to bed, early to rise type of person.) All of us here uphold a well established harmony of safe living conditions by way of respect, trust, and thoughtful considerations. We value a clean house, a relaxed atmosphere, and peacefulness.
