We are PACK Self Storage. A growing Self Storage Real Estate management and development firm. We are seeking an outgoing individual to work the front counter and run the day-to-day operations at our Andover Street location. We currently operate 2 locations in Wilmington. Locations are 7-10 min apart. 5 miles one way. You must be willing to cover the other location if needed. This is a great job with lots of variety. You will be handling multiple tasks such as greeting customers, renting self-storage units, computer work, site management, facility management, small marketing and potential sales calls. Here is an additional list of job duties that will be needed.
•Sales both over the phone and in person - showing and renting storage spaces. Selling our retail store and facility and following up on potential renters.
•Truck Rentals - will have to drive box trucks on the property and follow rental policies and procedures.
•Managing existing and potential customers. Excellent customer service is the main goal.
•Light maintenance - cleaning and overall care of the site.
•Computer work using industry specific software for Self Storage along with MS Office products. Computer proficiency is required.

The job is currently being offered at 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9-5 and Saturday 10-3. (One day off will be provided during the work week)
Hourly pay plus bonus available.
