Our client is a real estate company in the north shore and they are searching for a full-time Office Administrator to work on a contract basis. This job has the potential to go permanent after a few months for the right person. This position will pay $17 hourly and will convert around $40K-$45K annually.
1. Providing clerical and administrative support to the finance department
2. Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding calls to company personnel
3. Compiling and maintaining company and client email database
4. Purchasing office supplies and keeping the kitchen organized
5. Greeting visitors
1. An associate's or bachelor's degree
2. One to two years of previous administrative support experience
3. Superlative skills in Microsoft Office
