We are a well-established real estate investment and property management company located in Malden, with over 30 years in the industry. Our small, collaborative office manages all aspects of our portfolio, including apartments, condominiums, and two small inns. We are currently seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with potential for full-time hours.
Position Summary
This role provides essential administrative and project support while serving as a primary point of contact for incoming calls. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking while working closely with team members both in and out of the office.
Responsibilities:
Prepare leases and related documentation
Schedule, track, and follow up on appointments and work orders
Assist with rent payments and collections
Order office and property-related supplies
Support management of two small hotel properties, including taking reservations and adjusting nightly rates using online software systems
Answer phone calls and provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Clear and professional communication skills
