This is a part-time, remote/virtual position averaging 20-25 hours per week. Ideal for a stay-at-home parent as the hours are flexible.

Skill Set:
• Must be familiar with Quickbooks and general bookkeeping
• Must be Internet and technology savvy: Web research, ChatGPT, email, MS Office, basic graphics/editing know-how, social media management, etc.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in all mediums (print, email, IM)

Job Functions:
• Creating and sending client invoices, estimates and statements
• Entering in customer payments into Quickbooks
• Generating Quickbooks reports
• Communicating with existing and prospective clients and vendors
• Scheduling appointments on a shared Google Calendar
• Organizing and sending out marketing email campaigns
• Ordering supplies
• Maintaining and updating social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram and e-commerce storefronts including but not limited to Craigs List, Facebook Marketplace, EBay, Mercari and more.
