A growing Biotech company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience. This is a great opportunity to get into a booming company and to partner with the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple calendars utilizing Outlook
- Support HR Department by scheduling interviews and acting as ambassador to candidates during interview process
- Work with recruiting team to draft job descriptions, communicate with candidates and support initial screening of resumes
- Support HR with annual review process
- Help to plan and execute company parties and events
- Back-up reception coverage when needed--answering phones and meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintain office supplies, orders, and general organization
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and meals as needed
- Maintain employee and department phone directories for emergency evacuations binders
- Manage conference rooms schedules and set ups

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC use
- 1+ years of experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with managing multiple calendars
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Highly professional with the ability to work with sensitive /confidential information
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
