A well-established, 23-year-old landscaping company is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities essential to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Data entry and record management
Employee time and payroll record tallying
Bookkeeping support
General clerical tasks including copying, filing, mailing, and document organization
Telephone and email communication with clients, vendors, and staff
Qualified candidates should possess:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Computer proficiency and strong typing ability
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to comprehend and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior administrative experience is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.
Position Details:
Year-round, part-time position
20–25 hours per week
Monday–Friday schedule
