Data Entry Office Assistant
Our client in Waltham is seeking a professional, driven, and creative Data Entry Office Assistant to join their team on a long-term contract basis. This Data Entry Office Assistant must be tech savvy and proficient in multiple software programs. This job will primarily focus on data entry related task, but there will be other administrative tasks to complete and many opportunities to grow as a business professional. • Entering confidential information into the company's database
• Reviewing documents to ensure all required information has been entered
• Filing and scanning documents
• Reviewing data fields and reformatting spreadsheets when necessary
• Coordinating with other departments
• Showcasing excellent customer service
• Completing all other tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Previous office experience is a plus
• Data entry project experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; High level Excel skills preferred
• Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and ask questions when necessary
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Positive demeanor, willingness to learn, and ability to independently problem solve
• Ability to work autonomously
