RE/MAX On the River is looking for a part time, social media savvy administrative assistant to work 25 hours per week in our Amesbury office. We need a motivated, detail oriented person with excellent communication skills, who can work with all kinds of people and is genuinely interested in making connections. We use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In, and we have a website that must be managed. Problem solving is a major part of the job so a willingness to learn new things is a necessity and mind reading will come in handy. As far as technical skills go, we use Microsoft Office programs frequently, especially Powerpoint, so you'll need to be proficient with them. If you know Photoshop, that's even better. Experience with both PCs and Macs is preferred. We can teach you real estate, but if you have some experience it will come in handy, so we'd like to hear about it!
