We are a growing software development company looking for office administration help. The company will be moving into our new high tech facility in Rowley MA in May. The company currently reside in Wakefield MA.
Seeking part-time individual to assist in administration of front office activities and act as back-up receptionist for busy Software development company.
- Answer telephone, assist customers, log case issues and enter sales orders
- Receive checks, record customer payments, balance deposit
- Perform collection calls, mailings on past due accounts
Must be reliable and able to work 25 hours per week, have very pleasant telephone manner and be willing to assist in a variety of administrative duties when needed. Prior Work hours are 9:30 to 2:30
