Brudnick Center for Living in Peabody, a skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehabilitation and long term care, is looking for full and part-time nursing assistants to join our team. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for providing excellent care and enhancing the quality of life of the elders we serve, in a small "household" where relationships and creating a sense of family is a priority.
Our nursing assistants work closely with a small group of residents who need assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be friendly and warm, a team player, and have a genuine interest in helping his or her clients have a good day every day.
Current state certified Nursing Assistant Certificate;
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with residents, staff, and visitors;
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred;
Ability to assist residents with physical care needs, i.e. ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, eating
