Bass/guitar player looking to join/form a band with people age 40s-60s.
This is what I like:
70s-80s punk rock. damned, modern lovers, gangrene, mudhoney, iggy pop, husker du, bad brains, minor threat, soft boys, germs, gang green, jam, and so on
60s - velvets, hendrix, blue cheer, os mutantes, neil young,
new wave / no wave / post punk - sonic youth, MoB, Go4, etc
want to practice 1x a week, gig 1x month or less. these aren't hard & firm things
I have access to two spaces, one in Malden , one in Allston.
I do backing vox and the occasional cameo on lead, so a proper singer would be key. and of course, drums! have played in many bands over the years, and am currently in two (one goes on hiatus in a couple months, the other is not gigging at the moment. but hope to be back in that ring in a few months or so.)
