Produces and coordinates the outside vendor services for products being manufactured or processed. Coordination with Shipping for delivery and pick-up duties for manufacturing fulfillment. Other duties may be assigned to this role as needed. Driving is required for this role and a valid driver’s license with a clean drug test is required.
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 5:30am - 4:00pm - ONSITE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review all production job router sheets as required in order to maintain accurate counts and ensure proper signoffs.
• Assist shipping department in coordinating transportation pickups and deliveries at all outside vendors
• Work with other departments for vendor maintenance procedures while monitoring specifications.
• Assist in revising PO vendor pricing discrepancies.
• Create purchase orders for outside process, follow up on all purchase orders for outside processes to ensure they are all returned with accurate process/product.
• Review and track all outside vendor services purchase orders to ensure deliveries are met and revise as necessary to meet production changes.
• Schedule services with vendors to meet the production needs.
• Assist quality department in obtaining proper certification with all shipments, and make revisions as needed.
• Contacts carriers to arrange transportation of purchases.
• Verifies quantity and quality of stock received from outside vendors.
• Update ERP system as product is received, while working with Production as product is then moved out onto production floor.
• Assist with Shipping duties as needed and directed by Lead Hand on floor.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. This role will be exposed to outside vendors and will require organization and problem-solving skills with a high level of communication.
Computer Skills:
Familiar with basic computer programs - Microsoft Office.
Training will be provided on ERP system - Aero's internal system
