**Assisted in receiving successful decision on First Circuit Court of Appeals (remand on sentencing matter under the ACCA) and defendant was released.
**Assisted in receiving reversal of a Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict on a jury verdict of over $300,000 that was reversed and remanded back to the Superior Court.
**Negotiated and settled a slip and fall for $275,000
**Assisted in First Circuit Court of Appeals case from District of Puerto Rico on excessive sentencing.
