North Shore firm is seeking an entry-level transactional attorney to join our growing team, specializing in Real Estate Conveyancing and Estate Planning. This is an opportunity for a new graduate or an attorney with limited experience who is eager to learn and develop within these practice areas. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and mentorship to help you build a successful career in transactional law. Primary responsibilities will include all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing. The position will require preparation and review of real estate documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, and supporting clients with estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. As an entry-level associate, you will work closely with more senior attorneys and take on increasing responsibility as you gain experience. We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in real estate and estate planning law, excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and interest in remaining in the North Shore. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, able to manage multiple tasks, and committed to working in a small-firm, collaborative environment.
