Real estate company looking for a reliable, skilled person to help with ongoing property maintenance across several sites between Route 95 and 128 north of Boston
This is part-time work (4–8 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule. Most of the work is outdoor, and tasks include:
* Landscaping (mowing, weeding, raking, brush clearing)
* Light carpentry (fencing, trim, doors, repairs)
* General organizing and cleanup
* Minor digging, painting, light site work
* Pest control support (sealing gaps, setting traps, refilling bait stations)
* Turning over storage units and general upkeep
* Plus if you can fix and maintain heavy machinery like skid steers and backhoes
Requirements:
* Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Comfortable working outdoors
* Polite and professional around tenants/customers
Hours: 4–8 hours per week to start, with potential for more
