This morning I saw a border collie or border collie mix in the Middlesex Fells with no apparent owner in sight. It was shy so I couldn't get close but I believe it had a collar and tag(s). The area was just up the path that starts at 78 Eliot Street in Malden, north of the Oak Grove Station a few hundred yards.
