Gerrior Masonry & Landscape is seeking an experienced hands-on motivated Landscape Foreman to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping who can manage crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a landscaping crew on a daily basis
Oversee and perform pruning, spring and fall cleanups
Help with hardscape installations
Perform and monitor regular lawn maintenance services
Plan and coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and meets company quality standards
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscape and/or hardscape work
Prior experience managing or supervising a crew
Strong knowledge of pruning, seasonal cleanups, and lawn maintenance
Ability to schedule and organize work effectively
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to safely operate and back up a truck with trailer
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
