S&O Site Development is seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our growing team.
We specialize in small commercial site work and residential site development across the North Shore and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints
Strong personnel management and leadership skills
Valid 2A Hoisting License (required)
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in site work, including water/sewer, excavation, and site layout (preferred)
This is a hands-on role where you will actively work with the crew while leading and supervising daily operations.
Compensation:
$100,000 – $150,000 per year (depending on experience)
