We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in residential spaces, performing a variety of tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing while following established cleaning procedures and guidelines. This role requires a strong commitment, the ability to work independently, and a reliable car is a Must.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
Follow professional cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by respecting client needs and preferences.
Handle laundry and light organizing as needed.
Travel to and from job sites reliably and on time.
Work independently and as part of a team when needed.
Qualifications
Available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Work authorization, valid social security number
Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and proof of auto insurance (required).
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Comfortable around pets and with common cleaning products.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and performing physical tasks required for cleaning.
Manage supplies and maintain equipment provided by the company.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Leadership skills are a plus
