True Shine Cleaning Services is growing and we are looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented female cleaners to join our team!
We work with residential homes, Airbnb properties, vacation homes, and commercial spaces throughout the North Shore and Cape Ann area.

* Valid work authorization / SSN
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
* Must be able to commute easily to Gloucester, Beverly, Peabody, and nearby areas
* Attention to detail and strong work ethic
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Must pass a background check
✅ Responsibilities:
* Residential and Airbnb cleaning
* Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing
* Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
* Laundry and organization tasks
* Commercial cleaning when needed
* Following company standards and client preferences

* Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, or custodial experience is a plus
