Looking for a Landscape Maintenance Foreman for commercial properties. Able to perform all tasks safely and efficiently. Must be able to work with a team and delegate work, coach/ train team members, problem solve, understand responsibilities, and have core values that fit with the team.
Must have experience in the following:
- -Maintenance of turf- Mowing, line trimming, weed identification. Spring and Fall clean ups.
- -Pruning experience and knowledge of all trees and shrubs. Understanding different styles of pruning and when to apply it.
- -Experience in mulching properties. Ability to run a Finn bark blower is a plus.
- -Experience in planting flowers annually. Ability to design lay out and execute plantings.
