We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our growing boat club team. This is a hands-on position that's perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, helping people, and staying busy. Boat experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting members with docking, launching, and returning boats
-Cleaning and preparing boats for member use
-General dock and marina maintenance
-Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for members
-General labor and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Reliable and punctual
-Friendly and professional with strong customer service and sales skills
-Physically able to lift, bend, and perform general labor tasks
-Strong communication
Preferred but not required:
-Experience operating or driving boats
-customer service or sales experience
Schedule:
Part- time
weekend availability is required
