This is a commercial generator that runs at low rpm for longevity with only 196 original hours. Kleen Power means no fluctuation in voltage or sign waves so safe for sensitive electronics and house hold appliance and well pumps. the 25HP kohler command engine alone sells for $3000 It comes with a huge 200amp rain proof disconnect and has a 1 1/2" 90* liquid tight 90* fitting for wires , must have been heavy gauge cable powering the home. 13,500 watts , 104/52 amps at 120/240 volts 1 phase . Has great reviews of durability , reliability and longevity . When i bought it the owner had it professionaly removed, every opening covered so no evidence of mice in it. Im clearing my yard and shop of all i accumulated over 50 years at this property before moving south to retire. , . Its been up in my shops mezanine forgotten for many years. Battery is dead now but it turned over when purchased , not tested but assume with low hours its putting out power , everything looks clean and no mice damage. slight gamble buying untested but at $1000 with 196 hours and the 200 amp outdoor disconnect ( $200 ) and the $3000 engine its worth the risk , industrial design , 25 hp Kohler Command v twin engine .thanks 978-4six2-9099 , land line, no texts
