Description
The UM1850A is an Ultra Max Electric Impingement Conveyor Oven from Star. This stackable oven is constructed of aluminized and stainless steel. A programmable LED display controls various functions, including temperature, cooking direction, and can also be used to set the time. An auxiliary fan is used to cool the area and prevent overheating. This unit runs on 208 volts, 31 amps, and 6400 watts.
