We are looking for upbeat, conscientious and hardworking residential counselors for our site in Wakefield!

This location is home to five residents. Staff work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, skills training and community outings for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Staff and residents work on meal preparation and other activities of daily living one on one. A candidate who is an active team player is important.
We work to encourage individuals to identify their strengths, develop and practice new skills, and actualize their hopes and dreams.
Training and supervision provided.
Schedule: Sun 8a - 2p, Mon 3p - 10p, Fri 2p - 10p and Sat 9a - 9p. (33 hours)

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
•Basic computer skills required
•Valid driver's license required
•Ability to assist in the lifting of an adult person
•High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
