Time Office Manager to join our growing chiropractic practice. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our team. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a positive patient experience while keeping the office running smoothly.
Responsibilities
• Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage the front desk, answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate the daily patient schedule.
• Verify insurance benefits, process patient payments, and assist with billing and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Order and manage office and clinical supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial recordkeeping (QuickBooks experience is a plus).
• Support the doctor and office staff with administrative tasks and help maintain an efficient workflow.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members as the practice grows.
• Help create a welcoming, clean, and organized office environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
• Previous office experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate in the responsibilities of the position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Friendly, professional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and learning new software.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or other healthcare office is preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• A self-starter who enjoys solving problems and taking initiative.
• Eager to learn new skills and grow with the practice.
