Purpose

The Team Lead will be responsible for monitoring the Administrators, clients and functions pertaining to Document Management for the team assigned. The Team Lead will assist Administrators with issues and training as well as reporting issues to the Supervisor of the team. The Team Lead will delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure that the daily workflow is processed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all charts, ED logs and other chart related files are received from client
Ensure that charts are processed correctly and that errors are addressed in a timely manner
Delegate assignments and responsibilities to staff and ensure completion
Assist with resolution of  system issues that may be preventing the processing of daily files
Assist with training Administrators on any Document Management functions
Monitor time and attendance for staff and report back to management
Ensure cooperative team environment by effectively communicating with staff about department and company initiatives
Adjusting procedures as necessary to create process efficiencies
Escalating Staff Issues to Management
Encouraging constructive feedback from staff and between team members
Uphold company mission, vision and values
Proactively monitor company policies and communicate transgressions appropriately to management
Facilitate meetings within department  and communicate to management as needed
Monitor and enforce compliance with all pertinent local, state, and federal laws and regulations relating to operations and employment
Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position

Education (Degrees, Certificates, Licenses, Etc.)

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Computer Skills

Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.

Experience

One to two years related experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, use hands, talk, hear and occasionally walk and reach with hands or arms
