The price is not an indicator of quality or condition. This is a nice couch, I just have to make room for another couch and need it gone.
Selling a gently used sleeper sofa. Purchased maybe 8 years ago, still in very good shape. House is used seasonally, so it does have nearly 8 years of use, maybe has been slept on 5 times
The color is grey. It is located on the second floor, it is very close to the stairs and you can pull a vehicle up right to the door at the bottom of the stairs. It needs to go out one door turn and then go down the stairs and straight out a door. It is heavy but with two people you should be able to put it on its back and slide it down the stairs.
It is a couch, so obviously you will need a truck or a big van to move it.
