Great condition. This is a trundle bed $150. Breaks down into 4 pieces. the pull-out bottom bed doesn't exist anymore, however I also have a pull-out bottom from another trundle we had. That piece is in great cond. as well, on rollers . And that one is spring released/and secured to pop up to the height of the top trundle. It fits under this frame. That piece is $75. Have them both for $200. These we've owned since 1987. Direct from the furniture store. Paul
